Thoroughly applying his finesse to Japan’s delicacy of the day, the owner gracefully transforms the fish into real “Edo-Mae” Sushi. Skillfully handling his knife and forming the rice, you never grow tired of watching the performance. Once the Sushi is placed in front of you, before the taste can change, you swiftly place it into your mouth.
